    Sent on the 1st of December, 2010
    I had company from out of town and wanted to make reservations for 4 people. I called mid afternoon around 3 PM and was told they were no longer taking reservations for Sat Dec 27. I again called that evening to see how busy they were and asked to be put on "wait list" and told them we would be there within the next half hour to dine. Was told it was first come, first serve basis. So we proceeded to go there and gave the hostess our name. We were left waiting in enterance area with a pager. After waiting half an hour we noted another group of 4 come in and receive a pager. After 5 minutes of them arriving, their pager went off and they were seated. I approached the hostess to inquire why we were still left waiting??? She stated that they had come in earlier (maybe half an hour earlier) and had their name put on a "wait list" and then they went shopping and came back. I discussed with her that I thought they didn't take reservations or put people on "wait lists". Anyhow, while discussing this concern our pager went off!!! Surprise, surprise....Once we were seated the manager approached me to ask if there was a concern? I again explained situation and he again stated that the other group coming in and putting their name on "wait list" and then going out shopping for a half hour was not the same as making a reservation!!??? and that this is their policy. No compensation was offered by the manager. We proceeded to dine there. The menu has changed. Service and food was crapppy. Drinks were outragiously priced for the glass size!!! All around it was a poor experience and I will not dine there again and would not promote anyone else going there.
